This site contains online brain games and exercises.

There are currently three types of exercises on the site: the Dual N-Back Task, Complex Working Memory task and the Mental Math.

Our N-Back Task implementation is currently one of the best among the other N-Back tasks online. It gives you an easy way to manage N-Back game types and settings.

In the profile you can see and share your training statistics and achievements.

Future Plans

Our current plans are to make the game experience and statistics better.

We are also planning to extend the exercise range significantly.

If you have any idea of how we can improve the site, be it a new feature request to an existing exercise or some special new exercise, please, feel free to share your ideas with us.

Custom Solutions

We have a strong background in building feature rich and scalable web applications.

If you need a custom solution of any type please make a request via the contact form on our website.

Thanks Eugene, I'm glad you liked it :)

And you are doing a good progress on the N-Back Task.

Btw, do you have any ideas on how to make the site or the N-Back experience better?

You've built a great tool. I have to say I'm a little worried that you don't charge even a little bit. I'd rather have you charge a couple of dollars a month at least so that the project is profitable for you to keep running. You can use the freemium model and not charge everyone. At least charge for premium features. Thanks for the product!

Thanks for the ideas. The project actually started as a side/hobby project so I was not thinking about monetization at that time.

Now there is still not much people exercising on the regular basis so I don't think I can earn any significant amount from it.

From the other hand, maybe I'm wrong. And charging and getting even a tiny profit and watching the dynamics will allow me to spend more time to the project. I'll think about it. Thanks again.

I'm happy as long as you keep this AWESOME app running. Charging for it may be one way of ensuring this, but if you think it is too early for that and will keep this running anyway, I'm just really thankful for that!

'In you profile" Should be "In your profile."

For the feedback the :) and :(, I suggest changing them to something more visible and clear. Most of the time, when I am doing the exercises I can not tell if its giving me a smiley or sad face. They appear to be very similar when I am looking at them from the edge of my vision. Change them to green and red square boxes would be good in my opinion.

Hi, sorry for the late answer.

Actually, now smiles are shown in the red and green colors.

But I agree with your point that the feedback should be more noticeable. It was just created like this during the task development and was left there as is.

I've added the issue to my todo list. Thank you for the feedback.

I use DNB regularly to relax at the end of the work day. I have noticed recently that the grid lines on the game field disappear as the training progresses; that is, all of the grid lines have been erased well before an individual training sesson is finished. Specifically, with each presentation of a location and sound stimulus, the adjacent grid lines are erased. This was not an issue when I began using DNB on this site about 6 months ago. Have others experienced this phenomenon?

Great tool! I come to it often? Did you code the neat n-back implementation yourself?

04 Jun 2013 at 18:58

Yes, I implemented it myself, though I tried to make the interface a little similar to Brainworkshop software.

16 Aug 2015 at 21:08

I'm new to this site. I've done i3 which was very hardcore and brutal...which took my daily productivity to a new level. But this site, is accessible for quickie sessions which reset my focus. So far, sessions have been glitch free. A big thanks to the developer...Pedro!

I'm going to write my thesis about executive functions during the spring. I would like to know how I can save one particular testing on dua N-back and Corsi. I am not into gaming. I am going to do research testing. If I perform one testing with a participant, I think it's important to save that particular indivdual test. Can someone explain if this is posible in brainscale and how I do? Best wishes Andreas Fajerson
