Coffee or tea with caffeine are the best studied, relatively safe nootropic beverages. It means, that caffeine drink with moderatin can increase outcome from brain training sessions with DNB or other games.

How often its good to drink coffee? and would you recommend type of coffee? late?espresso? I always been a tea man, green, camomile good back tea with lemon.-)

I think the main point is not how often but how fast.

For these exercises one requires long-term concentration.

For this you should take your coffee little by little (not the whole cup all together at once:-)
